Research for my Essential Oils Project

I came across lots of interesting aspects of essential oils while I was learning essential oils. I believe I have leveled up to the next learning level.

So I wanted to pause and summarize some of the best information that I found, especially as I delved into the geekier side of the science of essential oils, and the weight loss question I had from a friend. As well as the more practical uses like scenting a shower, making lip balm, and making a hand salve for gardening.

The resources listed below are specifically for increasing your knowledge of the subject. For hands-on ideas of what else you can do with essential oils, see this follow up post.

Books

I’ve mentioned these before and I’ll mention them here. Take them out at the library to see if they are for you.
